New Zealand based Lee Sinclair is the incredible artist and super talent behind Cloud Nine Creative, a beautiful site and store full of her original artwork, homewares, and accessories. You might recognize her work from our most recent Wishful Wednesday post! She has recently started selling jewelry, made from her illustrations.

I've had the pleasure of being in contact with Lee the past couple of days, and she shared this insight into her life and work:

"From a young age I was always interested in art and crafts. Throughout school I studied art and photography and at any opportunity would be creating and designing. It wasn't until recently when I returned home to NZ after six years of being overseas I decided to follow my passion and really push the 'crafty side of me'. 

My work reflects my fascination with intricate detail, patterns, textures, nature, anything vintage, typography and bright colours. My creations seem to fit into these categories, and most of the time they inhabit more than one.

So, what next? Well I have loads of ideas, designs and products that are still in the early seedling stage and with these, I am hoping to expand on my range and continue creating beautiful things for people."

Etsy Giveaway!

I've been working all night and editing and taking photos all day for my Etsy, and I'm still not done! I have a few new necklace designs up in my shop now, and a few still to come.


To celebrate the new items in my shop, I am giving away one of my sweet clarity necklaces! 

A trio of smokey vintage glass beads accompanied by a gold leaf charm. This sweet grouping hangs from a delicate twisted gold ring, suspended on a 14k gold filled chain.
